Rhonda Lynn Kluttz (Moore)

August 30, 1959 — February 14, 2015

Mrs. Rhonda Lynn Moore Kluttz, 55, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015, at CMC-Pineville.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, February 19, 2015, at Heritage Baptist Church in Concord. Rev. Terry Cruse will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1:45 pm Thursday at Heritage Baptist Church.

Mrs. Kluttz was born August 30, 1959 in Salisbury. She was a daughter of Charles Moore, Jr. and the late Carol Lee Leonard Moore. She retired from McDonald’s where she was an assistant manager. Rhonda was a member of Heritage Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for 20 years. Rhonda always had a strong faith in her Lord and always put others before herself. She was a special person with a special place in her heart for children especially her own child and grandchildren.

Rhonda is survived by her husband, Kevin Kluttz; daughter, Jennifer K. Hurlocker of Concord; father, Charles Moore, Jr. and wife Shirley Moore of Salisbury; sister, Linda M. Kluttz and husband Chance of Salisbury; brother, Douglas Moore of Granite Quarry; half-sister, Terri Quick of Georgia; two step-sisters, Brooke Weatherman of Salisbury and Karen Quick of Asheville; two step-brothers, Dale Quick of Salisbury and Shannon Quick of China Grove; aunt, Edith Moore of Charlotte; two grandchildren, Owen and Kinslee Hurlocker, both of Concord.
