Mr. Richard Henry "Hank" Enos, 82, formerly of Framingham, MA passed away at Five Oaks Manor in Concord on Friday, February 6, 2009, after a year of serious declining health. Mr. Enos was born November 2, 1926 in New London, CT. He was a son of the late Arthur Renrich Enos and Mildred Mary Lewis Enos. He attended New London schools before he joined the U.S. Army where he served in the Pacific Theater Operation. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 2231. He was an avid sports fan especially the Boston Red Sox, Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots and the Kannapolis Intimidators. He played softball on local teams in New London, CT when he was younger. He retired from Carby's Inc. in Framingham, MA due to health problems. Mr. Enos is survived by his wife of 43 years Millicent "Millie" Enos; son, Richard "Rick" Enos, Jr. and wife, Nannette of New London, CT; two granddaughters, Nicole Enos of New London, CT and Heather Fursaro and husband, L.J. of Norwich, CT; two great-grandsons, Jack and Max Fursaro of Norwich, CT; one sister, Helen Thompson of New London, CT. He is also survived by a special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Frank and Gloria Fowler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, George, David, Arthur and Thomas; two sisters, Mildred Santacrose and Catherine Paul from CT. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday, February 9, 2009, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Francis M. Ezhanikatt, CSsR will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 pm Monday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the home of Frank and Gloria Fowler, 408 Airport Road, Kannapolis. THE FAMILY REQUESTS THAT NO PERFUME OR COLOGNE BE WORN DUE TO A FAMILY MEMBER THAT IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC DUE TO AN ILLNESS.
