Richard Keith Jackson

Mr. Richard Keith Jackson, 60, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in Huntersville.
A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Joshua Jackson will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 12:45 pm Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mr. Jackson was born January 7, 1960 in Mayfield, KY. He was a son of the late James West Jackson and Amelia Ruth Pinkerton Jackson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Deborah Layton; and two brothers, Al Layton and Ronnie Layton.
Mr. Jackson is survived by fiancée, Diana Sloop; son, Joshua Jackson; sister, Thelma Layton Clark and husband Ira "Sonny" of Mooresville; brother, Alan Craig Jackson and wife Regina, Mayfield, KY; and two grandchildren, Ella Jackson and Afton Beer.
