Robert “Bob” James Cronin went home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.
Bob’s greatest inspiration was his love of his family. He was a faithful husband and father. He was a humble man who walked in integrity and honor. He loved and served the Lord with all his heart. His life reflected the love of God and his service to his family, church and community testify that he was a man of purpose and faith.
Bob and his wife, Christine, shared a dream of helping the special needs community. Eighteen years ago, Wings of Eagles Ranch, became that dream fulfilled. Through horseback riding and outdoor activities, the ranch offers a place of hope and adventure. Bob used his talents and gifting’s and designed and built most of the ranch facilities. His fingerprints are everywhere on the 88 acre farm. This ministry has touched hundreds of lives.
Bob’s love for the outdoors and adventure also includes a passion for racing. He spent over 40 years in the racing community. He was a brilliant engine builder and an expert at his craft. He owned CRD Engine Development for the past 25 years. He built and designed engines for multiple teams. He has an extensive background with many aspects of road racing. The Cronin Family is known for living life to the fullest sharing a love of horses, fishing, boating & biking and spending time in the outdoors.
The legacy Bob leaves is one of faith, service, integrity, dedication and immense love. Bob was a man of few words but he creatively expressed his love by his actions and the way he lived his life.
