Robert Wayne Ennis

Mr. Robert Wayne Ennis, 72, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at his home in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 4:00 pm Saturday, September 1, 2018, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Phillip Points will officiate.

Mr. Ennis was born August 14, 1946 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Earl Lewis Ennis and Madie Inez Burris Ennis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Shane Ennis.

Mr. Ennis is survived by his wife, Brenda Power Ennis; daughter, Susan Benton and husband Mark; two sons, Robert Wayne Ennis, Jr. of Concord and John Michael Ennis and wife Patty of Clover, SC; step-son, Patrick Harrington and wife Rosemary of Clover, SC; two sisters, Nancy Dry and husband Bobby Spearman of Columbus and Dawn Points and husband Phillip Points of Candler; 12 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
