Robert Leon Eudy

Mr. Robert Leon "Bobby" Eudy, 60, of Kannapolis, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2009, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James Rollings will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. At other times, they will be at their respective homes. Born March 26, 1949 in Salisbury, and raised in Gold Hill, he was the son of the late R. L. Eudy and Vera Miller Eudy. He was a graduate of East Rowan High School. He was employed for the past 36 years at Norandal in Salisbury. Mr. Eudy was a veteran of the US Army. Survivors include his wife, Judy Paxton Eudy; two sons, Shane Eudy and Chad Eudy, both of Kannapolis; four sisters, Violet Dodd of Gold Hill, Kay Chunn and husband Charles of Salisbury, Diane Gentry and husband Larry of Rockwell, Patty Brown of China Grove; and two grandchildren, Ashley and Jacob Eudy.
