Robert Luther Upright

Mr. Robert Junior Upright, 51, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jeff Upright will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:45 am Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Upright was born August 21, 1966 in Concord. He was a son of Luther "Bud" Charlmers Upright and Peggy Bernice Lowe Upright, both of Kannapolis. He loved all sports especially racing and wrestling.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Jeffery Dean Upright and wife Debbie of Kannapolis; niece, Shelly Langham of Kannapolis; two great nieces, Karah Langham and Alexa Ballard; and a great nephew, Devon Ballard.
