Rose Jean Gibson

Rose Gibson, 88, of the Winecoff area, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at the Tucker Hospice House.

Rose was the wife of George D. Gibson who preceded her in death. She was a wonderful mother to Donna Jean Forrester and her husband, Ralph D. Forrester,

Rose worked in the Montgomery Ward Catalog department for many years. She knitted for everyone and gave Tootsie Rolls away so often they called her "The Tootsie Roll Lady" in the neighborhood. She will be missed.

Friends and family are welcome to come by the home place.

The family wishes to thank Michele for being such a good friend to Rose.
