Ruth Krimminger Crider

Mrs. Ruth Krimminger Crider, 95, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Grover Beaver will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 2:30 pm Sunday prior to the service at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Crider was born on January 26, 1918 in Kannapolis. She enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, crafts, reading her Bible and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Watson "Watt" Crider; son, Watson "Sonny" Crider; two sisters; and three brothers.

Mrs. Crider is survived by two daughters, Joyce Wingler and husband Claude of Troutman and Vangie Cashion of Concord; daughter-in-law, Virginia Crider of Kannapolis; brother-in-law, Kiolen Crider of Kannapolis; eleven grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
