Mr. Shannon Duyane Coffey, 39, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at God's Church of Faith in Kannapolis. Rev. Jeff Upright will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:00 pm, Saturday, at God's Church of Faith prior to the service.
Mr. Coffey was born on January 5, 1973 in Lawrence County, AL. He was the son of Edward Fleeman and Patricia Coffey Fleeman.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Melissa Diaz Coffey; children, Corey Goodnight, Preston Fleeman and Brooklyn Fleeman; sisters, Thresea Carter and Lisa Daniel; in-laws, Gary and Denise Everett; one grandchild and six nieces and two nephews.
