Mr. Steve Bradley Craig, 50, of 411 Ebenezer Road, Kannapolis, died Sunday, May 2, 2004, at the home of a sister after six months of declining health. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2004, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sam Crisp will officiate. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the home of a sister, Myra Bentley, 4570 Highway 152 East in Rockwell. Mr. Craig was born October 7, 1953 in Mooresville, NC. He was a son of the late Ambrie Rudolph Craig and Willie Mae McLain Craig Overcash. He was formerly employed with Pillowtex in Kannapolis and was a member of Kannapolis Church of God. Mr. Craig is survived by a daughter, Marcella Goble of Mooresville; son, Joshua Craig of Salisbury; step-daughter, Secily Fagan of Salisbury; two sisters, Jennie Craig Wyrick of Kannapolis, and Myra Craig Bentley of Rockwell; brother, Hank Williams Craig, Sr. of Kannapolis; two grandchildren, Addison Goble and Brittany Ewing; and a number of nieces and nephews. The family requests that memorials may be sent to Kannapolis Church of God, 2211 West A Street, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
