Mrs. Teresa Ann Gaines Lozano, 51, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019, in Concord.
A memorial service is scheduled for 7:30 pm Thursday, August 1, 2019, at Crosspointe Baptist Church. Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:15 pm Thursday at Crosspointe Baptist Church.
Mrs. Lozano was born October 1, 1967 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of Deborah Louise Thompson Edwards and the late Nelson Harden Gaines. She attended Crosspointe Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Lozano.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her two children, Dylan Michael Lozano and Hayley Marie Lozano; brother, Tony Gaines; sister, Tammy Wallace; and step-father, Timothy Welborn Edwards.
Memorials may be sent to Crosspointe Baptist Church Education Fund, 1175 Crosspointe Drive, Concord, NC 28025.
