Mrs. Terrie Jean Dellinger, 79, passed away at 3:08 am Monday, August 24, 2026, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, surrounded with love and the presence of the Holy Spirit under a clear sky full of stars.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:30 pm Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor David Vogel will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home, prior to the service.

Terrie was born September 23, 1946 in Concord. She was a daughter of the late Ralph Caldwell Beaver and Wilma White Beaver. She worked as a homemaker. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by father, Ralph Caldwell Beaver and mother, Wilma White Beaver.

Terrie is survived by husband, Theron Keats Dellinger of Kannapolis; son, Theron Keats Dellinger II and wife Robin of Kannapolis; daughter, Marla Ann Dellinger of Arden; six grandchildren, Sarina Rattler and husband Cyrus, Sadie Childers and husband Blake, Syrus Dellinger and fiancée Scarlett, Kalista Tucker and husband Heath, Hawkin Sage Nedoff, and Kearstin Hutchins; and three great grandchildren, Deacon Tucker, Magnolia Rattler, and Mason Childers.
