Thomas Leroy Starnes

Mr. Thomas “Tommy” Leroy Starnes, 78, passed away Friday, October 24, 2014, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, October 27, 2014, at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.

Mr. Starnes was born on November 18, 1935 in SC. He was a son of the late Myrtie Leroy Starnes and Thelma Caulder Starnes. He formerly worked for Cannon Mills.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Ann McLain.

Mr. Starnes is survived by his sister, Elsie Starnes of Morganton; and two nephews, Dwayne McLain of Waxhaw and Rodney McLain of Concord.
