Timothy Tracy Tapley

Mr. Timothy Tracy Tapley, 53, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016, at his residence.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 pm Monday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Tapley was born May 22, 1963 in Alexander City, AL. He was a son of Janice Corley Tapley of Alexander City, AL and the late Wendell Tapley. He was a diesel mechanic and worked for Propst Construction Company in Concord for as a lowboy truck driver. Tracy was also a member of The Sons of Confederate Veterans. He enjoyed watching the Alabama Crimson Tide “Roll Tide” and dirt track racing.

Mr. Tapley, in addition to his mother, is survived by his daughter, Harley Tapley of Kannapolis; sister, Tara Tapley Lucas of Alexander City, AL; brother, Tiege Tapley of Alexander City, AL; and his granddaughter, Blair Blakeslee of Kannapolis.
