Timothy Dale Walters

Mr. Timothy Dale “Eddie” Walters, 59, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015, at CMC-NorthEast.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday, April 16, 2015, at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Eddie Hodge will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:15 pm Thursday prior to the service.

Mr. Walters was born on May 17, 1956 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Harvey Lee Walters, Sr. and Lula Margaret Phillips Walters. He worked as a professional painter and also worked at the former Bake Shop and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved to fish and ride motorcycles, and he also enjoyed his sweets.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Lee Walters, Jr.

Mr. Walters is survived by two daughters, Timisha Walters and Kristina Walters, both of China Grove; one son, Johnny Walters of Kannapolis; one sister, Diane. W. Correll of Kannapolis; one brother, Ricky Lynn Walters of Kannapolis; and eight grandchildren.
