Todd Randolph Mayes

Mr. Todd Randolph Mayes, 63, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Bethpage Presbyterian Church. Pastor Gervonne Carter will officiate. Interment will follow at Rutherford Cemetery in Concord.

Todd was born June 2, 1962 in Charlotte, NC. He was a son of the late Challis Mayes and Delores Clyburn Mayes.

Todd is survived by wife, Rachel Mayes; three daughters, Delores Mayes and Charlena Mayes both of Charlotte, NC, and Jasmine Lewis of South Carolina; one son, Ranchie Austin of Florida; a sister, Lora Bridges and husband Rodney of South Carolina; two brothers, Dale Mayes and wife Angela of Charlotte, NC and Brian Mayes and wife Roberta of South Carolina; along with a host of wonderful loving grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Betty Bennett; five sisters-in-law, Audrey Granderson (Larrin), Marvet Spencer and Gervonne Carter of Charlotte, NC, Du'Landa Shere (Robert) of China Grove, NC and D'Etta Culp of Kannapolis, NC, along with a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
