Worth Wayne Alley

Mr. Worth Wayne Alley, 81, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Trinity Oaks in Salisbury.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:45 pm Sunday, November 3, 2019, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Susan Morris will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:30 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Alley was born September 25, 1938 in Mooresville. He was the son of the late Worth Washam Alley and Lassie Louise Alley-Hooks. He retired from Burlington Industries in Mooresville and was of the Baptist Faith.

Mr. Alley is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carol Vanzant Alley; daughter, Kena O'Brien of Kannapolis; four sons, Wayne Alley and Kevin Alley, both of China Grove, Jeff Alley of Salisbury and Keith Alley of Granite Quarry; two sisters, Deborah Kirby of Charlotte and Shirley Gilliland of Wilkesboro; ten grandchildren, Kristy Harkey, David Lane, Chad Alley, Brian Alley, Cheslie Alley, Brandon Alley, Mitchell Alley, Alyssa Alley, Douglas Alley and Ryan Alley; and 11 great grandchildren.
