Alan was a friend to me and his impact on me will never be forgotten. I owe him a lot.
Dear Edna,
I was shocked to receive your phone call and hear the news. I am so achingly sorry for your loss and have been keeping you, your family, and of course Alan in my prayers. Remain confident that he is at peace with our Lord and father now...the peace he so deserved...
He truly affected me and I will never forget how he helped me grow.
PS...The dogs in the slide show are hanging their heads and tails low... :( but thankful that he is in heavenly rest.
My chains are gone
I've been set free
My God, my Savior has ransomed me
And like a flood His mercy rains
Unending love, Amazing grace
Ms. Edna, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, I have thought so much of you these past couple of days. I know that Tuesday was a total shock and you all have a lot of healing to do, but know that there is a man upstairs who will help you if you let him. Keep your faith and believe that Alan fought his demons, but they were just too strong for him. This was so sad, but I will remember Alan as a joker who loved to talk and play with Honeysuckle. He was a very special friend of mine and I will always remeber him and his laughter. The last time I saw him was on Sunday morning and we talked a few minutes, he seems like Alan, the old Alan who was ready to go out and fight dragons. I for one will miss him and I know a lot of the residents here will miss him to. He had some good friends here and we will all miss him. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing Ms. Edna.
Love you, Marie Forrest/Affordable Corp. Suites
