Sorry to hear about your mother. She was such a sweet lady. I remember her sitting behind us at Lane st.She was always smiling sitting with Jo Adams and Marie Gordon. I would always stop and taklk to them before church and bring them candy. I will really miss her.

What a beautiful picture of your mom. I have not seen her lately. However, the second I saw the picture it immediately took me back in time.
A time that was so good. All of us neighborhood girls sleeping in your mom’s living room. How many moms would allow that? Not many but she did.
She always welcomed us in her home and never made us feel as if we were in the way when I am sure we were. Therefore, to me Heaven just got one of the finest!
She was the real thing. A mom who spent her time on this earth doing two things. . Loving the Lord and loving her family and friends.
