Betty Farmer Jones' Obituary
Mrs. Betty Farmer Jones, 71, of Lebanon passed away at home on Sunday, December 25, 2022 surrounded by family.
She was born on Monday, January 1, 1951, to the late Roy Lee Farmer and Muriel Farmer in Kinston, NC. She enjoyed punch pictures that she discovered while her family was stationed overseas in Japan, painting figurines, crocheting and shopping. Before her retirement, Betty was a Dental Assistant for the Carolina Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie Eugene Jones, II.
Surviving are her two sons, William Jones (Kristen) and Leslie E. Jones, III (Michelle); five grandchildren, Victoria, Josiah, Joshua, Jonathan and Jillian; and brother, Roy Farmer (Ardith).
A memorial service is scheduled for 9:30 am Friday, February 10, 2023, Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery, 202 Government Road in Salisbury at 11:00 am.
