Betty Sue Wagoner Wingler's Obituary
Betty Sue Wagoner Wingler, 73, of 5952 Turkey Road, Kannapolis, died Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center-Northeast.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2009, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. David Parrish and the Rev. Wayne Watson will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the home.
Born December 20, 1935 in Cabarrus County, Betty was the daughter of the late Pink James Wagoner and Martha Ervin Wagoner. She was a homemaker and a member of Elwood Lane Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Paul Wingler, who died November 6, 2002; and three brothers, Gaither Wagoner, Boyd Wagoner and Ed Wagoner.
Survivors include a son, Timothy Paul Wingler and wife Teressa, of Boiling Springs, SC; three sisters, Louise Bost, Mary Linker and Ruby Wagoner, all of Kannapolis; and two grandchildren, Taylor Winger and Morgan Wingler.
