Bobby Ray Fox's Obituary
Mr. Bobby Ray Fox, 83, of Turner Street, passed away, Monday, January 28, 2013, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at Blackwelder Park Baptist Church, where he was a member. Rev. Don Davis will officiate.
Bobby was born January 4, 1930 in Kannapolis. He was a son of the late George Leroy Fox and Lillie Pearl Holdbrooks Fox. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in Korea. Bobby was a real estate appraiser for Mecklenburg County.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Richard Alan Fox; two granddaughters, Audrey Bentley and Lee Anna Newman; a great granddaughter, Cheyanna Newman; four brothers and four sisters.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Rena Tucker Fox; four daughters, Deborah "Kay" F. Heath and husband Robert of China Grove, Bobbie F. Easley of Salisbury, Jeanette F. Bentley and husband Greg of Salisbury and Charlotte Fox and fiancé James Styers of Rockwell; sister, Barbara F. James of Kannapolis; five grandchildren, Tiea Lemasters, Jennifer Raper, Julie Seager, Sarah Robinette and Mallory Bentley; and five great grandchildren, Victoria and Sophie Lemasters, Garrison, Carson and Emerson Raper.
