Carol Rummage Eddleman's Obituary
Mrs. Carol Rummage Eddleman, 70, of 280 Sassy Lane, Kannapolis, died Monday, July 6, 2009, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2009 at St. Enoch Lutheran Church. The Rev. John Mark Beam will officiate. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall following the service. At other times, they will be at the home on Sassy Lane.
Born June 11, 1939 in Stanly County, Mrs. Eddleman was the daughter of the late Wade Rummage and May Shipton Rummage. She was a member of St. Enoch Lutheran Church. Mrs. Eddleman retired as a front-end manager for Food Lion, where she was employed for 35 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Eddleman; a daughter, Tammy Lunsford; and two brothers, Clyde Rummage and Dub Rummage.
Survivors include a daughter, Terri Hyde and husband Todd of Kannapolis; one son, Tim Eddleman and wife Robin of Kannapolis; a brother, Gary Rummage and wife Brenda of Rockwell; sister-in-law, Nancy Rummage of Rockwell; six grandchildren, Tamisha Coe and husband Frank, Taylor Eddleman, Tabitha Lunsford, Zachary McClendon, Lauren Hyde and Austin Hyde; and two great-grandchildren, Audric Coe and Braxton Coe.
