Donna was a friend in high school. It is odd that after all these decades I happened across her obituary. My condolences to her family.
“Rest eternal grant her, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her.“

We are so sorry for your loss. Concerts will never be the same without her. We elbowed our way to the front, sang and danced til the end.
She certainly will be missed.

Every year at Christmas, we would go to her and uncle curt’s house early, sometimes play some music or just talk, and make pot pie. One year after pot pie, we moved all the tables and chairs and i went into their computer room and started searching the cupid shuffle. I played it so loud on the speakers, We all got up and did the cupid shuffle together. Aunt Donna’s Smile was brighter than anything and her and uncle curt, me and my cousins all dancing in the living room to the cupid shuffle. We listened to a few others after and still danced the night away.
I have many memories of Aunt donna, but that one will always stick with me because then… it became a tradition every year till we got older lol. I’ll miss her calls, her random i love you texts. mostly i’ll miss her smile. that was my favorite part about her.
