Dorothy Fritz Thomas' Obituary
Dorothy Sue Fritz Thomas, 63, of Theodore Lane, Salisbury, died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Rowan Regional Medical Center, following a sudden illness.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2005, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Sam Crisp will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Born February 4, 1942 in Cabarrus County, she was a daughter of the late Eugene James Fritz and Mary Mullis Fritz Honeycutt. She was employed as a waitress at the Waffle House on Jake Alexander Boulevard in Salisbury, and formerly worked at Tuscarora Yarn in China Grove.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tyron H. McDaniels.
Survivors include a son, Shawn McDaniels and his wife, Sherry, of Landis; two sisters, Evelene F. Woodard and Betty F. Wilson, both of Kannapolis; a brother, Floyd Fritz and his wife, Dottie, of Aberdeen; and three grandchildren, Dallas McDaniels, Sterling McCurdy and Sheila McDaniels.
