Frances Andrews Presson's Obituary
Mrs. Frances Andrews Presson, 79, formerly of Elwood Street, died Sunday April 22, 2007 at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Carolina Memorial Park. Dr. Terry Moore and the Rev. Andrea Smith will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Presson was born in Clarke County, Georgia, December 9, 1927, a daughter of the late Carl Lee Andrews and Geraldine Payne Andrews. She was a homemaker and formerly employed at Fieldcrest Cannon in Kannapolis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vann Duncan Presson, who died in 2001.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Anne P. Roscoe of Winter Springs, FL; two sons, Scott D. Presson of Kannapolis and Zane L. Presson of Mooresville; five grandchildren, Nicholas Presson, Victoria Presson, Chris Roscoe, Melissa Gonzales and Lauren Presson; and one great-granddaughter, Kayla Roscoe.
