Harriet Ann Propst Clodfelter's Obituary
Mrs. Harriet Ann Propst Clodfelter, 80, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022, at TerraBella Assisted Living in Salisbury.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, December 8, 2022, at First United Methodist Church in China Grove. Rev. William Van Weiren, III will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm Thursday at First United Methodist Church.
Harriet Ann was born September 15, 1942 in Concord. She was the daughter of the late Harry W. Propst and Annie Litaker Propst. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She worked for Consolidated Credit in Charlotte before becoming mom of her two cherished boys. Harriet was a homemaker for most of her life but would later be a substitute teacher in Rowan Salisbury Schools. She was a member of the Eureka Lodge #283 Eastern Star. She used her enjoyment of cooking, crafting and floral arranging to connect with people and make them smile. She was an avid supporter of her sons which meant going to many, many UNC sporting events.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband of 54 years, Vernon Wayne Clodfelter.
Harriet is survived by her two sons, Chad Clodfelter and wife Alicia of Mooresville and Tony Clodfelter of Kannapolis.
The family would like to especially thank the staff of TerraBella for their love and care given to Harriet during her time with them.
