Henry McEnaney's Obituary
Henry McEnaney of Concord, formerly of Philadelphia, PA died on April 14th, 2009 at Hospice of Cabarrus County.
Henry was born in County Louth, Ireland on November 21st, 1934, the son of the late Bridgid and Thomas McEnaney. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Shane.
Henry emigrated to the U.S. in 1953 and retired from Acme Markets in Philadelphia after 30 years of service. He served in Germany for the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen and two daughters, Bridget and Colleen. He is also survived by two sisters and a brother, Mary Nagel of Blue Bell, PA and Bridgid Gogarty and James Kirk of Ireland; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Saturday April 18th, 2009 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Lady's Funeral Home in Kannapolis. A private family service will take place on Monday April 20th, 2009 with interment to follow at the National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.
