Johnnie Ray Patterson's Obituary
Mr. Johnnie Ray Patterson, 71, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at his home.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Raymond Davis and Rev. Mike Wooldridge will officiate. Interment with military rites will be 1:00 pm Monday, May 6, 2019, at Salisbury National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45 pm Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mr. Patterson was born March 4, 1948 in Salisbury. He was a son of the late Ralph Junior Patterson and Margie Elizabeth Goodman Patterson. He was a member of Solid Rock Worship Center and was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donnie Patterson.
Mr. Patterson is survived by a son, John Queen and wife Windy of Locust; daughter, Crystal Patterson Smith and husband Steven of Concord; five grandchildren, Wristen Smith, Kelcee Smith, Bria Smith, Bailey Queen and Samuel Queen.
