No words can express how sorry I am for the sudden, and devastating loss of Kate. I can't imagine the overwhelming pain you all are experiencing. Mary, I know you lost a daughter and your best friend. I can remember from our time working together how close the two of you were. Kate was so lucky to have you to call mom, and to have a friend she could always turn too. You were always so proud of her, and should have been. I know she touched many lives in her life. She was a wonderful, strong, beautiful women. I was sickened to hear about your loss today, and wish I had words that would comfort you. I know that nothing seems to be comforting during this time. I am praying for you and your family. I am praying for peace, and comfort. I will also be praying for God to give you the strength that you need. I am sure, you have heard dozens of times, if you need anything to let me know. When the chaos is calm again, and you do find that you need a friend, for anything, know that I am here. You made an impact on my life just like I know Kate has done in the lives of people who were lucky enough to know her. I will be thinking about you in the coming days, and weeks to follow. When you find a time that you need someone, I can be there. Again, I am sorry for this terrible loss. I can not imagine the pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Chuck, Steven and your family.
