Leaon Parham's Obituary
Mr. Leaon Parham, 81, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, August 22, 2021, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 pm Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Leaon was born August 26th 1939 to the late James Marvin Parham and Annie Ruth Gentry Parham. He was one of seven children. Of the six siblings he is survived by his sister Loretta Love of Kannapolis and brother Terry Parham of China Grove.
Aside from his parents and four siblings, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Measmer Parham in (2002); his daughter, Crystal Parham Thomas (2008); his two sons, Danny (1956) and Michael (1958); and grandson, Michael Lee (1978).
He leaves behind his long time girlfriend, JoAnn Gamble; his son, Jackie Parham; his daughter, April Parham Shehorn; son-in-law, Jimmy; his six grandchildren, Michelle, Jeremy, Amanda, Brandi, Jessee and Abbie; and eight great grandchildren.
Leaon was a man of God, a companion, brother, father, uncle and grandfather. He was a carpenter by trade and loved building things. Leaon retired from Kannapolis Real Estate Agency. He loved Nascar, wrestling and spending time with his family.
