Margaret Fox Pinyan's Obituary
Mrs. Margaret Lee Fox Pinyan, 86, of Lentz Road, China Grove, died Tuesday, November 22, 2005, at her residence.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2005, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Curtis Parker and the Rev. Ralph Robinette will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the residence.
Born April 26, 1919, in Newton, she was a daughter of the late Lee Roy Fox and Lillie Pearl Holbrooks Fox. She retired in 1981 from the washcloth department of Cannon Mills after 45 years of employment. She had been a member of Central Baptist Church since 1957.
Her husband, W. D. Pinyan, preceded her in death on January 15, 2002.
Survivors include a daughter, Brenda P. Berry of China Grove; two sisters, Edna Fox Hinson and Barbara Fox James and husband, Charlie, both of Kannapolis; two brothers, Bobby Fox and wife, Rena, of Landis and Jack Fox and wife, Deanie, of Pioneer, CA; three grandchildren, Sharon Berry Harvell and husband, Jeff, of Salisbury, Donald E. Berry of Lexington and Jennifer Berry Sinclair and husband, Caleb, of Kannapolis; and three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie and Celeste.
