Marion Jean Wilson's Obituary
Ms. Marion Jean Wilson, 78, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Southside Baptist Church. Rev. Joey Morrison will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park - Harrisburg.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 pm Wednesday at Southside Baptist Church.
Ms. Wilson was born December 17, 1938 in Cuyahoga County, OH. She was the daughter of the late Ross James Wilson and Harriett Pauline Browne Wilson. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved to bake, crochet and play cards. Marion enjoyed being around her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Ross Ledbetter and George Ledbetter, Jr.
Ms. Wilson is survived by five children, Darlene Bigley of Quincy, IL, Jeffrey Ledbetter and wife Lisa of Statesville, Cheryl Thompson and husband Gary of Wichita, KS, Marty Ledbetter of Concord and Patricia Fantetti and husband David of Concord; brother, Ronald Wilson of Powell, TN; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Maggie Mae.
Memorials may be sent to Humane Society of Concord and Greater Cabarrus County, 2010 Wilshire Court SW, Concord, NC 28025.
