Mildred Aileen Turner Lamb's Obituary
Mrs. Mildred Aileen Turner Lamb, 95, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025, at her home in Cleveland, NC.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Carolina Memorial Park. Rev. Jimmy Barrett will officiate.
Mildred was born June 4, 1930 in Concord. She was a daughter of the late Rev. Lonzo Shuford Turner and Bertha Rae Bean Turner. She worked in the folding department of the former Terry Products for many years until her retirement. She was an avid and master quilter and was a founding member of the Cabarrus Quilt Guild having taught many in the area how to quilt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Wilburn Lamb; son, Robert Glenn Lamb; two sisters, Elizabeth Benton and Joyce Talley; and two brothers, Enouch Turner, James Turner.
Mildred is survived by two daughters, Carol Baucom and husband Randy of Cleveland, NC and Donna Kruchkow and husband Danny of Salisbury; five grandchildren, Andy, Zach, Alex, Matthew and Christina; and three great grandchildren.
