Neva Cornelius Howard's Obituary
Mrs. Neva Cornelius Howard, 90, of 719 Baker Street, Kannapolis, died Friday, November 8, 2002, at Big Elm Nursing Center, after a number of years of declining health.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, November 10, 2002, at Carolina Memorial Park. Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 PM Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Howard was born December 5, 1911 in Iredell County. She was a daughter of the late Charles E. Cornelius and Hattie Goodson Cornelius. She was a housewife.
Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband, Jackson "Jake" Grady Howard; two daughters, Linda Howard Munsey of Potomac, MD and Margaret Ann White Morris of Mobile, AL; three sisters, Mrs. Belton Byers of Stony Point, NC, Annie Abernathy of Mooresville, NC and J.B. McLean of Fillerville, MI; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
