Odessa File Tuck's Obituary
Mrs. Odessa File Tuck, 101, of 325 Russell Street, Kannapolis, died Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at Transitional Health Services of Kannapolis.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2006, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Kannapolis. Elder Bill Fulcher will officiate.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall.
Born December 18, 1904, in Rowan County, Mrs. Tuck was the daughter of the late Milas File and Laura Hartman File. She retired several years ago from Cannon Mills.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry David Tuck, who died May 24, 1975.
Survivors include two sons, Wallace Tuck and Paul Tuck and wife, Gwen, all of Kannapolis; four grandchildren, Alan Tuck, Robin Garcia, David Tuck and Sharon Tuck; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
