Odia Bell Graham Vinson's Obituary
Mrs. Odia Bell Graham Vinson, 85, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at her home in Kannapolis.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Gary Scoggins will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home. The service will also be live streamed here: www.ladysfuneralhome.com/live.
The family asks that masks and social distancing be observed.
Mrs. Vinson was born June 28, 1935 in Madison County, GA. She was a daughter of the late Leonard Graham and Kanzadie Drake Graham. She was of the Baptist faith. She was on the CB radio many years ago. Odia enjoyed working puzzle books and getting out to ride, looking at many things, including tractors. She worked as a spinner for Cannon Mills for 35 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Martha Gainey; two sisters; and four brothers.
Mrs. Vinson is survived by husband, Leon Eugene Vinson; daughter, Kathy Albright and husband Daryl of Kannapolis; son, Terry Vinson and wife Becky of China Grove; six grandchildren, Jill Kadel, Denise Sprouse, Chris Gainey, Joshua Vinson, Alisha Wilson and Kathryne Wehlmann; 17 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
