Pattie Vanhoy Sprinkle's Obituary
Pattie Vanhoy Sprinkle, 90, of 1405 Venus Street, Kannapolis, died Monday, July 2, 2007, at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Thursday, July 5, 2007, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kim E. Trabold will officiate. Interment will follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Salisbury.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Thursday, at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at their respective homes.
Born May 12, 1917, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Abraham Cleveland Vanhoy and Sally Pickler Vanhoy. She retired several years ago from the Weave Room of Cannon Mills Pant No. 1, following 40 years of service. She was a member of New Hope Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two sons, John Sprinkle and wife, Helen, of Rockwell, Don Sprinkle and wife, Kay, of Concord; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
