Paul Junior Stamey's Obituary
Mr. Paul Junior Stamey, 90, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020, at his home.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Monday, October 5, 2020, at West Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Sam Crisp will officiate. Interment will follow at the cemetery.
Mr. Stamey was born October 26, 1929 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Paul Senior Stamey and Beatrice Burris Stamey Couch. He was a member of Kannapolis Church of God.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lollie Schenck Stamey.
Mr. Stamey is survived by daughter, Blinda S. Dishman and husband James of Statesville; son, Dennis Michael Stamey and wife Patricia of Rockwell; two sisters, Frankie and Melony; two brothers, Brian and Jeff; three grandchildren, Angie Hancock and husband Joey, Ricky Wayne Barnhardt and wife Tammy and Sandy Corriher and husband Ted; six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC 27103.
