Amy and Ashleigh - we were so blessed to have you and Phyllis as our loving neighbors in Concord. I'll never forget watching Phyllis navigate her way through our bordering trees bringing one of her delicious cakes or treats to us. She never forgot our birthdays and always made us feel so very special and loved. Phyllis and I had many happy conversations at the mailbox each week and she ended each one by saying "Honey, if we can do anything for you, please let us know." Her smile and beautiful Christian countenance will be greatly missed by many. She touched our hearts with such kindness and love, living a life that will forever be an inspiration to us.

Phyllis was one of the most beautiful people in the world inside and outside. She had a beautiful smile and was very special. After losing contact for a few years, our daughters got us all together last year. One of the things we four did was spend over a week in Williamsburg last December and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I have had. Phyllis and I didn't quite keep up with our daughters, but had a great time watching Hallmark movies, shopping with the girls, and working on a very complicated 1,000 piece puzzle. We got matching pajamas and Amy gave us matching throws and we really had a great time. I was looking forward to another vacation with her this year. She will be with us in spirit every time we do this type of vacation. God bless the family that has lost a very special person.
