So very sorry to hear of Mr. Avery's passing. My prayers are with you during this time. I met Mr. Avery many years ago while in college with his son Larry. Came to their house for a visit and was made very welcome. I will always remember my plan ride to the coast! Thx so much. My sincere condolences to the family.

So very blessed to have Avery in our lives, along with his wonderful family. We met them thru All Saints Church, going to Bible studies, and the friendship grew into a wonderful one. Went to Carolina Beach with them and loved all the Concord stories Avery told. Avery was a proud private man. Jim and I are so blessed to consider Joy, Anne and Larry our adopted family. You will be so missed - we will keep the pew warm at All Saints for you till we see you again.
