Rose Muscatello Barnhardt's Obituary
Mrs. Maria Rose Muscatello Barnhardt, 85, a resident of Fox Hollow Manor in High Point, and formerly of Kannapolis, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at the nursing center.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2007, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James Geiger, C.Ss.R. will officiate. Inurnment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Concord.
The family will gather at the funeral home Sunday afternoon to greet friends prior to the service.
Mrs. Barnhardt was born March 30, 1921 in New Castle, PA, a daughter of the late Anthony Muscatello and Mary Arket Muscatello. She was a housewife and was married to Lewis Woodrow Barnhardt who died in June 1999. She was a very active volunteer with the American Red Cross for over 30 years.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Parker and her husband, Clint, of High Point; one brother, Louis Muscatello and his wife, Teresa, of Amsterdam, NY; and nieces and nephews.
