Brenda, Alex and family, I am so sorry to read of the passing of your mother. Miss Ruby was a true "gem". I am so happy to have been a part of her life. She enjoyed "Ella's" and I think our bus rides, until she started to fail. I think of her each time I take a resident to Dr. Mount as she would always tell Dr. Mount, "I don't know what I'm doing here, there's nothing wrong with me"
From the heart, my deepest sympathy and she will truly be missed. God Bless you and may happy memories sustain you at this time of mourning.

Alex and Brenda, so sorry to hear about your Mother, but there comes a time when peace is a blessing! Mother (Ruby Graham) passed away April 26 after living here at the beach for almost 2 years. My husband and I moved to Murrells Inlet in October, 2004, and we moved Mother to Myrtle Beach Estates in June, 2007. Alzheimer's is a sad disease, and difficult to watch. Will be thinking about you all tomorrow and the days ahead. Would love to hear from you all sometime! Love to all, Wanda

I have great memories of Ms. Ruby. Loved spending time with her at the beach and sharing great food together. As Alex use to say, "the girls are coming to stay for awhile".
Now the "girls are together again in a peaceful place.
