Thelma Parham Hall's Obituary
Mrs. Thelma Parham Hall, 92, a resident of Liberty Commons and formerly of The Yadkin House in Salisbury, died Thursday, November 30, 2006, at the nursing facility.
A graveside service with interment to follow will be conducted at 12 noon Saturday, December 2, 2006, at Carolina Memorial Park. The Rev. Garland Faw and Dr. R. J. Hammond will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Born December 6, 1913, in Madison County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Howard Parham and Emma Threadgill Parham. She retired several years ago from Cannon Mills.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Washington Hall, who died June 11, 1967.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Shives of Salisbury; son, Curtis Hall and wife, Marlene, of Kannapolis; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
