We were blessed to have Bill as a next door neighbor and friend the past several years. Always cheerful and pleasant in our talks out by his old red truck in his driveway , or at the fence line in the back yards. Chance made us neighbors, but the smiles and friendly talks we had made us friends. We'll miss him dearly.
