I loved danny so much! He was like a grandpa to me even though he was my great uncle! I loved all the jokes he said over and over! I will cherish those momments... forever and ever! ill never miss those crazy timess. I will never forgwet beating a hand in poker to him with 10's!! great mommentss... I cannot begin to imagine how much poorer my life experience would have been had I not crossed paths with Danny. He was a true "character", unique in every sense of the word and true to himself and his determination to live life on his own terms. I will miss seeing him and hearing all the same old jokes told over and over again. May he rest in peace.

Larry and Randy,

Mother called me last night with the shocking and sad news of Danny's passing. Please know my deepest heart felt sympathy and prayers are with you during this heartbreaking time.

I last saw Danny a couple of years ago when he stopped by Mother and Daddy's while I was home for Thanksgiving. We reminisced of high school days, the parties we had on the bus to and from school, and our long talks in my den.

Please let it be of some comfort to you to keep in mind how loved Danny was. The Mosley family will always be a treasured part of my life.

Was very fortunate to not only work with Danny on the CPD but along with Danny, Ray Greene and at one time Danny's brother Larry, we all lived together on Montford Drive in Charlotte back in our single days. Went to Rookie School with Danny and knew his parents well. Danny was one of a kind and will be missed. Best Wishes to the family.
