Betty Lou Mitchell Robinson's Obituary
Mrs. Betty Lou Mitchell Robinson, 83, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, in Concord.
A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Bill Russell will officiate. Interment will follow at West Concord Cemetery in Concord.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm Thursday at Lady's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Robinson was born February 20, 1940 in Gray, ME. She was a daughter of the late Stanwood Mitchell and Vera Bagley Mitchell. She attended Northwest Baptist Church. Betty loved playing the piano, enjoyed cooking, and always loved being with her family. She graduated from San Jose City College in San Jose, CA. She enjoyed visiting nursing centers and singing hymns for many of the residents.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Clinton Robinson; and a sister, Arlene Harris.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by two daughters, Lisa Fritz and husband Ben and Yvonne Robinson, both of Kannapolis; son, Glenn Robinson and wife Jaqueline of Germany; two sisters, Sylvia Mahoney and Barbara Harris, both of Maine; five grandchildren, Richard Morris, Michael Morris and life partner Chevy, Angela Morris and life partner Brandon, Tanya Fritz and Tracy Rick and husband Chris; and seven great grandchildren, Nova, Jaqlyn, Oliver, Landon, Benjamin, Gwendolyn and Alexandria.
