Mrs. Flora Hartsell Nashif, 83, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Transitional Health Services in Kannapolis. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday at Roberta Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Pennington will off Read Obituary

Mrs. Nashif was the librarian at A.T. Allen when I was a student there. I got the opportunity to work in the library with her. I couldn’t wait to go to the library and help her. I remember her kindness well even after all these years. She touched many lives...and I’m so glad she touched mine. May God be with you during this time.
God bless you all in the loss of Flora. She was such a wonderful and caring person whom I enjoyed talking with. She touched so many lives with her kind and loving ways.
