When my mom passed away, my dad used Lady's Funeral Home for her burial and services. Within a short period of time, we also lost my mother-in-law, and a different well-known local funeral home was used. I can say that our experience at Lady's far surpassed my expectations, but they were also much more organized, simple to work with, and more than accommodating. The staff at Lady's were the warmest and friendliest that I have experienced and were always on hand and easy to consult with. While using the other funeral home, we found ourselves in need of a service that they were unable to provide. Knowing how helpful Lady's was, I contacted them and Caroline was more than willing to help us with that, and although this service wasn't with Lady's, they didn't charge us a dime for it. I can't say enough about what it meant to us that they would be willing to help us like they did in our time of need. Lady's is the oldest funeral home in Kannapolis, and it is their compassion that still makes them the best in 2025!

I would never take a family member anywhere else other than Ladys Funeral Home. Kevin Clark is the absolute best. My family first met Kevin in 2004 when my nephew Zachary passed away at 19 days old. The compassion he showed us was beyond belief. My mom had already done a pre planned arrangement with another funeral home in the area. But because of the compassion that Kevin showed us when Zachary passed away she told me to take her to Ladys when she passed away, so in 2006 when she passed away Kevin was one of my first calls. Then again we were met with dignity, respect, caring and compassion. He was there for every question or concern. He never made us feel like we were a burden. When my sister passed away from COVID in 2022 we didn't get to work with Kevin but the gentleman we worked with was just as awesome. My brother just passed away Dec. 2024. Kevin was there to help with him to. My brother didnt have life insurance. Kevin was there every step of the way letting us know what our options were. He never made us feel like it was hopeless. I can never say enough good things about Ladys Funeral Home or Kevin Clark. The death of a loved one is hard and trying time. But best belive me if you chose Ladys Funeral Home to help you in that devastating time you won't regret it.

Mr. Reavis and his staff are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They made the whole process easy. We had a graveside service but they still allowed us to use the sanctuary inside because it was so hot out. They even did the folding of the flag for my father n law since the VA wasn't able to send anyone.

Every person we came in contact with was absolutely perfect. A loved one's passing is not new for Lady's. But they know it's new for the rest of us. Their kindness, patience, and knowledge were such a comfort for me and my family. I cannot say enough... Thank you <3 Edited after a month.... I wasn't expecting any additional communication after my mom's funeral. But Lady's has stayed in touch with tid bits of wisdom and support, checking to see if I/we are okay or need anything. Our mom had prepaid and preplanned her service, but there were still several decisions for us to make. Everyone at Lady's, especially Kevin, were so helpful. He took our questions and emotions seriously and lead us through all the details. From the moment they walked into my home, I knew I wouldn't need to worry about this aspect of my loss. That feeling of ease continued through the end of the Memorial service. Everyone I met at Lady’s was professional, but also friendly and genuinely compassionate. I dealt mostly with Kevin Clark who is KEENLY efficient. My emails with questions were answered at all hours. He amazed me with his fast turnaround when I sent him details for the obituary and photos for the slide show tribute. And with COVID looming, I was thrilled that the service could be streamed live so the more vulnerable people could watch from home. I can’t praise Lady’s Funeral Home and Crematory enough!

My dad made us promise to have Alex and Gabby take care of him in the end. We weren’t sure if this was where we wanted to go, but it was the best decision we could have ever made! They treated us like family, told us stories about my dad to make us smile, and I know this sounds odd, but we had so many compliments on my dad’s casket! People told us that they had never seen anything so beautiful. It was perfect and fitting for the type of man my dad was. Alex and Gabby walked us through every step and made a sad time for us a true celebration of our loved ones life! How can you describe when you go to a place you haven't lived in over 40 years and you are there for your sister's death and to plan her services. She had always told us she wanted Lady's Funeral home to bury her. As soon as we got settled in Kannapolis we went to Ladys and there we met the most remarkable staff.we can not say enough about how well we were taken care of. Nothing was pushed down our throats but left for us to decide. Kevin Clark was our advisor and he took care of everything and is still working with us on some policies. He knows everything on what to do and what you need to do.in a particular case. Gave us reccommedations on where the special days for food was. He was awesome. His staff was very helpfuland dependable. They were always there all of them for whatever we needed. We had a beautiful service there in Chapel. When we got ready to return to California . It was like leaving family and we definately will never forget how, kind, caring and efficient Lady's Funeral home was to us. we highly recommend it, Thanks to all.💞

Alex and the others at the funeral home were very caring people, full of compassion. No pressure whatsoever. Didn't try to up-sell or talk me into anything that would put me deep into debt. They did a wonderful job with planning everything and making everything go very smooth. The memorial service was beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

To be in a position of responsibility for the loss of life and Didn’t know what to do about it ! The company was so helpful and caring in our family they were very supportive and understanding The wishes of my husband Samuel Strange wanted to be done! He knew we would be in grieving for him and he wanted for us to be comforted and at peace with what we had to do, And Lady’s Funeral Home was the best place to go ! They also gave us resources to help us get support if we needed it and it was very helpful for us to keep moving in Life after our loss ! My husband and I were together for 42 years and they were very supportive of what my husband wanted in going forward in our life. We had no worries about where we looked in funeral homes. We picked Lady’s Funeral Home ! So glad we did!!

After the passing of my grandmother I found myself heartbroken and I didn’t know who to call to help us in our particular situation. Then I found Lady’s Funeral Home and I am so truly glad I did. I couldn’t have prayed for a better place to help and to take such good care of my beloved grandmother. Kevin at Lady’s was there for us every step of the way with his trustworthiness, great experience and compassion. He went out of his way on several occasions to ensure us that everything was being properly done. Whether it was him taking his time with us, or him making phone calls or him doing things himself to ensure that our wishes were being carried out, he simply did it and he did it without any hesitation or making us feel like we were asking for too much, because he cared. I shared with Kevin the importance of me being able to remember my grandmother and her loving hands and he went out on his own and purchased special card stock and ink to make prints of my grandmother’s hands for me, because he cared. My brother and I were able to spend time with our grandmother at Lady’s and we were able to do so without feeling rushed in anyway. We were able to spend as much time as we needed with her and that meant a lot to us. I flew into North Carolina to be with my grandmother in her last week of life here on Earth and I was with her until the moment she went to be with God in Heaven for forever. I was alone at the time that I first called Lady’s Funeral Home and Kevin and everyone at Lady’s went out of their way to be there for me and help throughout the whole process. It was a complicated situation with family and all and Kevin made sure everything was done legally and with integrity, and kindness all along the way as well. Shortly before having to leave to fly back home a situation arose that needed immediate attention and the staff at Lady’s were there for me and helped take care of the situation with integrity and compassion, because they cared. I couldn’t have prayed for a better place to take care of my beloved grandmother and to help us through the complicated situation that we found ourselves in. I am so truly and forever grateful to you Kevin, Caroline and to everyone at Lady’s Funeral Home. You are all undoubtedly a true blessing to so many that seek your assistance at such a heartbreaking time in people’s lives. Thank you everyone with all of my heart for everything. All the best to you all! May you continue to be a blessing to others! God bless you all!

My father, 20 years ago, and more recently my beloved mom used Lady's; as well as my fiancés mother 2 years. Each very different circumstances from long term cancer, unexpected covid and extensive heart problems. They handled each with great compassion, respect and went over and above to grant the families wishes or subdue any problems that unexpectedly came up. Kevin was our particular director for mom but anyone there stepped up if he was busy. Professional, respectful and compassionate...I dare you to find one better.

From the moment they walked into my home, I knew I wouldn't need to worry about this aspect of my loss. That feeling of ease continued through the end of the Memorial service. Everyone I met at Lady’s was professional, but also friendly and genuinely compassionate. I dealt mostly with Kevin Clark who is KEENLY efficient. My emails with questions were answered at all hours. He amazed me with his fast turnaround when I sent him details for the obituary and photos for the slide show tribute. And with COVID looming, I was thrilled that the service could be streamed live so the more vulnerable people could watch from home. I can’t praise Lady’s Funeral Home and Crematory enough!

I want to thank Kevin and all those at Lady's Funeral Home for everything they had taken care of for me and my family during these tough couple of months. It has been hard losing both parents within a month of each other but it was truly a breath of fresh air with guidance and assistance from those at Lady's. You can never quite plan for a funeral, let alone know exactly where to start once the occasion arises but with the help of Kevin and his staff, we were able to put my parents to rest beside one another through a truly beautiful ceremony. Knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and respectful, the staff at Lady's made such a trying process run as smooth as possible I cannot thank all of them enough and I know my parents are proud, thankful, and grateful for them just as well. They were kind, courteous, patient, and there whenever a question had risen. I would not hesitate to recommend Lady's to anyone who is going to experience a funeral. You'll be in good, competent hands. Thanks again to Kevin and the staff at Lady's. As always, and forever, much love from the Ning family.

Everyone at Lady's were so helpful and caring during and after the loss of my mother. Lady's has handled 4 losses for our family and are going to take care of my husband and myself when our time comes. I trust them in every aspect of the funeral. They treat the loved one with respect. Would recommend Lady's to everyone.

My dad made us promise to have Alex and Gabby take care of him in the end. We weren’t sure if this was where we wanted to go, but it was the best decision we could have ever made! They treated us like family, told us stories about my dad to make us smile, and I know this sounds odd, but we had so many compliments on my dad’s casket! People told us that they had never seen anything so beautiful. It was perfect and fitting for the type of man my dad was. Alex and Gabby walked us through every step and made a sad time for us a true celebration of our loved one's life! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for these wonderful men and the awesome job done by Lady’s Funeral Home! I highly recommend them!

Kevin and the team at Lady's Funeral Home compassionately and patiently handled everything that my family and I needed during a very emotional time. There were times I felt unorganized and unsure of what the next steps were but Kevin provided advice and guidance to ensure I didn't have any additional stress. Every detail was handled with the utmost care for our needs and I am so grateful for all of their efforts in making my grandmother's passing less difficult. They helped us give my grandmother a beautiful funeral incorporating our traditional and personal touches. Lady's Funeral home is truly focused on providing the highest level of care and service and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help and comfort during the most difficult time. Ladys did a beautiful well thought out job on our Mothers funeral. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind during this difficult time. There were many casket selections to choose from, and I liked the way they did the video slideshow. The ease the many difficult decisions that come with planning a funeral for your loved one.
